This 30-minute movie shows how an old woman keeps a church in a cabin in the mountains. She built this hut with her late husband, and after he died, she was torn between deciding whether to stay or leave the mountain. The artist does not disclose whether this is f ictional or documentary, but the film shows genuine personalities living in the periphery of society and religion. It will be displayed with photographs in a vacant building in the Hirosaka shopping area near 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. The work will evoke a response to pay attention to the society on the fringe and raise a question of what public space is.
