展覧会概要
《「カミフブキオンセン」》は、家族が集まって、紙吹雪を切りながら、架空の温泉にまつわる物語を作った作品です。今回金沢では、8月から9月にかけ、13の家族が紙吹雪と物語を作りました。物語を作る際、他の家族が作った物語を聞いた上で作ったのですが、面白いことに、物語の構造が類似したり、似たモチーフが登場したりすることがありました。会場となる高岡町の一軒家には、作られた紙吹雪を使って「オンセン」のインスタレーションが作られています。湯船のようなしつらえの中に紙吹雪を満たし、訪れた人は、その「湯船」に浸かりながら、それぞれの家族の作った物語をビデオモニターで聞くことができます。《お父さんと食事》は、友政自身が娘を演じ、初めて会った人にお父さんを演じてもらい、食事の間だけ、親子として会話をする様子を記録した映像作品です。「親とは」、「子とは」という、それぞれが抱いているイメージが会話に投影されています。金沢で、約10人がお父さんを演じました。「家」や「家族」という視点から、金沢の街を捉えた作品です。[鷲田めるろ]
To produce “KAMIFUBUKI ONSEN,” the members of families gathered to make confetti and stories about an imaginary hot spring. This time, the members of about 15 families in Kanazawa joined the project from August through September. At the venue in Takaoka-machi is an installation of “onsen (hot spring).” A bathtub-shaped installation is filled with confetti, and visitors, while soaked in the confetti, can enjoy watching video stories composed by the participants. In “Have a meal with FATHER,” Tomomasa played a daughter, and someone she met for the first time played her father. About 10 people played her father in Kanazawa. This work views Kanazawa in terms of “home” or “family.”

1981年、埼玉県生まれ。東京藝術大学大学院博士課程在籍中。群馬県みなかみ町などでプロジェクトを実施。家族をテーマに作品制作やワークショップを行う。「家」や「家族」とは何かを問い直す。また近年は、富士信仰をテーマにした作品も展開し、「家族」や「信仰」といった社会に存在する物語の構造に迫る。
Born in Saitama in 1981. While studying for a doctor’s degree at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, Tomomasa conducted projects, for example, one in Minakami in Gunma Prefecture. Her main theme for works and workshops is “family,” to raise the question of what “home” or “family” is. In recent years, she has also taken up the topic of faith in Mt. Fuji, to approach the structure of a story in the context of society, such as “family” and “faith.”
