「ねえ、君の夢はなに？」
高橋匡太のライフワーク《夢のたねプロジェクト2008》が金沢で始まります。《夢のたねプロジェクト》とは、たね型に切り抜いた半透明の紙に、ワークショップに参加した一人ひとりが自分の夢を書き、小型のLEDライトを挟み込みます。これを預かり、12月6日（予定）の夜に上空から降らせて、みんなにひとつずつ、誰かの夢を持ち帰ってもらうというものです。希望や夢を持つことがむずかしい時代にあって、なおこの問いかけを高橋がし続けるのは、夢を考えるときは自分に真剣に向き合うことができるからだと答えます。誰かの夢を持ち帰るのは、自分以外の人のことを想像してほしいからなのだと。ひとつの夢にはひとりの生命があり、気持ちがあり、暮らしがあると気づいてほしいという願いを込めて。(1)
《夢のたねプロジェクト》は、誰かの夢をほかの誰かに届けようという多くのサポーターたちの手で進めていきます。彼らが作るのが《夢のたね》のプラットホームです。そこを拠点に人々が行き交い、夢が集まり、またふたたび飛び散っていくのです。植物のたねがそうであるように、風に乗って飛んでいき、やがて見知らぬ大地であっても、力強く芽吹き大きく成長するように、みんなでひとつひとつの夢を大切に届けようというのが、このプロジェクトです。[黒澤浩美]
In Takahashi Kyotaﾕs ﾒdreamseed project,ﾓ everyone participating in his workshop writes his/her dream on a piece of seed-shaped translucent paper, and a small LED light is attached. All the lights will be dropped from high up in the air on the night of December 16, so that every participant can bring home someone's dream. He wants each person to become aware that one dream means oneﾕs life and thought. Many volunteers support this project and make the platform of ﾒseeds of dream.ﾓ With this platform as the base, dreams are gathered and flown apart just as plant seeds grow bigger after being flown by the wind.

プロフィール
1970年京都府生まれ、京都府在住。映像や照明を巧みに操り、エッジのきいたシャープな作風に魅力がある。京都・二条城をはじめ、屋内外での大規模なライティングプロジェクトを手がけてきている。最新作は、《いろとりどりのかけら》（十和田市現代美術館）。《夢のたね》は、福井県あわら市からメルボルンを経て、すでに10万人以上が参加してきた大プロジェクトである。

His lighting projects are shown both indoors and outdoors, including the one at Nijo Castle in Kyoto. His latest work is ﾒFragments of Color Cubeﾓ shown at Towada Art Center, Aomori. ﾒdreamseedﾓ is a large-scaled project in which more than 100,000 people have participated from Awara City, Fukui to Melbourne, Australia.
