In a fantasic and fairy-tale style, the film tells a story in which Pepperminta, the protagonist characterized as "an anarchist of the imagination," attempts to realize a more humane world by bringing miracles and amazements.

This is Pipilotti Rist's first feature-length movie presented in a smooth camerawork and rich colors, and the pop-style music is done by Anders Guggisberg who has participated in the creation of Rist's works since the beginning of her career.
